We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but our energy cost has increased by 300% in the last 2 years & from 1st October 2022 the cost per pitch based on maximum utilisation of the electricity available (24 hours x 2.3kW) = a potential daily cost of £19.71. Historically, our prices (like most others) have included an average electric provision of £3.50 per day. Clearly this is unsustainable & rather than dramatically universally increasing our pitch fees we feel the fairer option is to introduce a smart metering system whereby customers pay for what they use at the cost we pay. Additionally this also ensures we are compliant in meeting our legal obligations as a reseller of electricity set by Ofgem on 1st January 2003. Our booking system has been updated accordingly.
