Sorry, NO, COVID-19 Forced Closure of the Toilet & Shower Facilities in 2020 & With Ongoing Restrictions We Decided To Permanently STOP accepting Tents 
Are Your toilets/showers open? 
Our Toilet & Shower Facilites Are Open. For Ultimate Safety We Request ALL Customers To Use The Provided Hand Sanitiser Points At Each Entrance & The Anti-Viral Wipes/Sprays Also Provided. The Windows Are Left Open & The Facility Has A Mechancial Extraction Stystem To Ventilate & Extract The Rooms. OUR SHOWERS ARE OPERATED BY COIN METERS 
Can we book if we do not have onboard facilities? 
We STRONGLY Recommend All Customers Have Onboard Sink/Toilet Facilities To Avoid Queuing At Our Facility 
Do you have serviced pitches? 
All Our Pitches Are Gravel Based With EHU, Private Water Point & Picnic Bench. The Premier & Super Pitches Also Have Grey Waste Points 
Do you have a chemical disposal point for BLUE/PINK toilet fluids? 
NO, The Environmental Impact & Potential Risk To Health From These Chemicals Is Unacceptable. We Only Accept ORGANIC Environmentally, Septic Tank Friendly GREEN Toilet Fluids Which Can Be Safely Disposed Of In Our Sewage Treatment Plant. These Can Be Purchased On Site 
Do you accept children? 
NO!! We are ADULT ONLY. Under 18's Are Not Permitted On The Caravan Park, Even If They Are Well Behaved Grand-Children!! 
Do you accept dogs? 
Up to 3 Dogs Are Permitted BUT Must Be On a SHORT Lead At All Times On The Park. They Can be Walked Off Lead Along The edges Of The Fields but MUST Be Kept Under Control Due to The Presence of Alpacas, Horse & Sheep. Please Be Aware Livestock May Roam Free.  
Dogs Must NOT be left Unattended or Allowed To Bark. Dog Excrement Must Be Picked Up, Bagged & Disposed Of As Directed. Dangerous Breeds Are NOT Permitted 
Do you accept visitors? 
NO, Due to COVID-19 Visitors Are NOT Permitted on Site 
Can we book as part of a group? 
Our Park Is A Tranquil, No Noise Park So We Do Not Accept Groups. However, Family Units Are Accepted Subject to Our T's & C's Upto A Maximum of 3 Units (OR BY PRIOR WRITTEN AGREEMENT) 
Do you accept single sex groups? 
No, Other Than Single Sex Couples We Do NOT Accept Single Sex Groups 
Do you have wi-fi? 
Yes, We Provide Free Wi-Fi At The Pitch. Due To Loaction We Do Not Have Fibre Or Cabled Broadband So Rely On a Newly Installed 4G Mobile System Providing Excellent Results But With Limited Bandwidth 
What amperage are your electric hook ups? 
All Hook Ups are 10 Amp. These Will Supply 2300 Watts To Each Caravan. 
Do we need a low wattage kettle & toaster? 
ABSOLUTELY, Please Do Not Use Domestic Appliances. Low Wattage Caravan Appliances Should Be Used At All Times 
My Caravan/Motorhome has an Alde Load Monitor, what shall I set it on? 
Please Ensure This is Set to 10 Amps & The Heating System To A Maximum 2KW To Avoid Overloading & Tripping The Site RCD's 
Do we have a pub on site 
No, Definitely Not! We Are a Tranquil Park But We Are Blessed To Have Many Fantastic Drinking & Dining Pubs & Restaurants In & Around Pickering, 1.5 Miles Away  
Do you have a shop on site? 
Sorry No But There Is A Spar, Co-op & Lidl 1.5 Miles From The Farm in Pickering

No, Not Yet!

No, Definitely Not. We Are a Quiet, Tranquil Farm Park

Sorry No. The Main A170 Is Located Just 1 Mile Away & There Are Bus Stops Available There & In Pickering 
Is there a local taxi service?

Do you allow firepits etc? 
NO, Definitely Not. Open Fires Of Any Description Are NOT Permitted 
Do you have any lights or allow light poles etc 
NO, Absolutely Not. We Are A Dark Sky Environment. We Do Not Allow Any Form of Light Pollution. Please Bring a Torch!
