For The 2024 Season We Will Again Be Accepting A Maximum of 2 Tents On Our Grass, Non-Electric Pitches or Premier, Serviced Gravel Pitches. The Maximum Footprint Size Permitted is 6m x 5m. Maximum 2 Tents Permitted At Any One Time 

Do you have toilets & showers? 

Yes, We Have A Small, Heated Toilet & Shower Block. Our Ladies Facility Has 1 Shower, 2 Toilets & 2 Wasbasins & Piped Music The Separate Gentleman's Room Is Slightly Larger With 1 Shower, 2 Toilets & Urinals & 2 Washbasins, Also with Piped Music. We also have a Disabled/Family Self-Contained Facility With 1 Accessible Showwer, Toilet & Washbasin. OUR SHOWERS ARE OPERATED BY £1,.00 COIN METERS 

Do you have a pot wash & washing machine? 

Yes, We Have An External, Covered Pot Wash Facility & Separate Utility Area With Wshing Machine (Fee Applies)  

Do you have a freezer pack faclity? 

Sorry, no 

Do you have a chemical disposal point for BLUE/PINK toilet fluids? 

NO, The Environmental Impact & Potential Risk To Health From These Chemicals Is Unacceptable. We Only Accept ORGANIC Environmentally, Septic Tank Friendly GREEN Toilet Fluids Which Can Be Safely Disposed Of In Our Sewage Treatment Plant. These Can Be Purchased On Site 

Do you accept children? 

NO!! We are ADULT ONLY. Under 18's Are Not Permitted On The Caravan Park, Even If They Are Well Behaved Grand-Children!! 

We Do Accept Children In Our Cottages In Pickering 

Do you accept dogs in the caravan park? 

Up to 3 Dogs Are Permitted In The Caravan Park (Max 2 In The Tent Field) BUT Must Be On a SHORT Lead At All Times On The Park. They Can be Walked Off Lead Along The Edges Of The Fields But MUST Be Kept Under Control Due to The Presence of Alpacas, Horses & Sheep. Please Be Aware Livestock May Roam Free.  

Dogs Must NOT be left Unattended or Allowed To Bark. Dog Excrement Must Be Picked Up, Bagged & Disposed Of As Directed. Dangerous Breeds Are NOT Permitted 

Do you accept visitors? 

We Are A Tranquil Park & To Avoid Any Noise or Disturbance To Other Guests Any Visitor Must Be Booked In Prior To Arrival. Visitors Dogs Are NOT Permitted. Fees Apply For Visitors - Please See Our T's & C's 

Can we book as part of a group? 

Our Park Is A Tranquil, No Noise Park So We Do Not Accept Groups. However, Family Units Are Accepted Subject to Our T's & C's Upto A Maximum of 3 Units (2 IF TENTS) OR BY PRIOR WRITTEN AGREEMENT 

Do you accept single sex groups? 

No, Other Than Single Sex Couples We Do NOT Accept Single Sex Groups 

Do you have wi-fi? 

Yes, We Provide Free Wi-Fi At The Pitch. Due To Our Rural Location We Do Not Have Fibre Or Cabled Broadband. A Local Company Have Installed A 4G Mobile System Generally Providing Excellent Results (Weather Dependent) But With Limited Bandwidth 

What amperage are your electric hook ups? 

All Hook Ups are 10 Amp. These Will Supply 2300 Watts To Each Unit. PLEASE NOTE ELECTRICITY IS METERED AND GUESTS ONLY PAY FOR WHAT THEY USE 

Do we need a low wattage kettle & toaster? 

ABSOLUTELY, Please Do Not Use Domestic Appliances. Low Wattage Caravan Appliances Should Be Used At All Times 

My Caravan/Motorhome has an Alde Load Monitor, what shall I set it on? 

Please Ensure This is Set to 10 Amps & The Heating System To A Maximum 2KW To Avoid Overloading & Tripping The Site RCD's 

Do we have a pub on site 

No, Definitely Not! We Are a Tranquil Park But We Are Blessed To Have Many Fantastic Drinking & Dining Pubs & Restaurants In & Around Pickering, 1.5 - 2.0 Miles Away. A Comprehensive List Is Provided Within Your Welcome Pack 

Do you have a shop on site? 

Sorry No But There Is A Spar, Co-op & Lidl 1.5 Miles From The Farm in Pickering
